Good location for walking to Cathedral Quarter / Titantic Exhibition etc. Noise from nearby main roads not a problem for us. Arcade games room was fun! House is as described and shown on the photos. Highly recommend The American Bar just around the corner (ignore the name - it's a cosy pub with live music, very tasty food, and plenty of tables upstairs).
Some of our bed linen had not been cleaned from previous occupants (and needed it). We made use of the washing machine and dryer which worked well.

Well equipped properly close to city centre
The property was a great size and well equipped. It is walking distance to the city centre and a local shopping centre and cinema. The kids loved the old fashioned game machines
The property is very close to the road and can be very noisy
