We found the cottage to be peaceful amongst all the avocado trees with easy access to Katikati and our family nearby. The cottage is well appointed and had plenty of towel rails to hang towels (obviously) and face cloths. We've stayed at a number of holiday places where there aren't even places to hang towels or clothes/coats. It also was cozy with plenty of space to move around too! The bonus was that our tickle charger cord could easily reached our car to recharge... 🙂⚡

A perfect place to relax, recharge, and truly feel at peace. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at Niki’s cottage in Titoki. It is located in a quiet little paradise of avocado orchards, surrounded by greenery, peaceful silence, and kind, friendly people. The cottage is beautifully decorated with taste and lovely colors that create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Everything is carefully maintained and very comfortable—you immediately feel at home. Nothing is missing, and there is also a lovely little terrace, well equipped and perfect for enjoying the fresh and quiet surroundings. It’s an ideal place for a couple, with a very comfortable bed and soft pillows that made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Niki, for your warm hospitality and for the great care and effort you put into this beautiful place.
The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer.
