    La ubicación.

    11 Oct 2025. SUGERENCIAS Y QUEJAS Desde 2009 contrato alojamientos con Booking. 1ra vez con problemas: Info engañosa en la página. No indica 3er piso por escalera, sin ascensor.  El N° 19 y el timbre del apartamento no estan  visibles. Elementos faltantes: Microondas, elementos y articulos de limpieza (escoba, etc). Falta máquina lavarropa, sobra máquina lavaplatos. Tuve que enviar 3 veces (1 e-mail 2 whatsApp) los pasaportes para el check in. La ubicación y el interior bien, salvo 7 escalones, (desniveles en el interior.) .

    Ich würde dieses Apartment trotzdem empfehlen, wenn man körperlich fit ist und es einem nichts ausmacht in einer Baustel

    Trotz Lage in der Altstadt war es sehr ruhig. Bar und Restaurants waren alle in kürzester Zeit erreichbar.

    Das Haus ist noch eine Baustelle. Der Aufzug funktionierte nicht. Die Koffer mussten 3 Stockwerke nach oben gebracht werden. Der erste Eindruck ist nicht sehr gut.

    The apartment is spacious, very nicely decorated, minimalistic. The staircase is currently being renovated, so it should look great soon (there will be an elevator). Good location, Old Town, everything is within a 20-minute walk. There's a nice grocery store on the main street, a 5-minute walk away. Very close to St. Nicholas Basilica

    The air conditioning is a bit noisy. For longer stays, a washing machine would be great :)
