    Sadly, we have to find a new favorite Vail place.

    The location was great.

    Please see my google review. We have stayed at Tivoli twice before and loved it. However, this experience was so horrible, we will be finding a new place for upcoming trips to Vail. A few examples: the ac did not work properly, the phones were out the entire stay, fireplace did not work(admittedly we did not need thank goodness,) ice machine out of order the entire time, e-bike needed attention and repair before we could ride, and I could go on. The worst part possibly was the front desk staff. They were not helpful in any way, even down to bringing us the wrong car when we checked out! Please feel free to call me for more specifics.

    Great location but expect to park elsewhere and rent e-bikes on your own dime.

    The location was perfect, inside Vail Village. The room was spacious and clean.

    The confirmation email said the room came with free e-bikes. However, upon arrival, we were told all were out of order. Also, their valet parking is expensive so we parked elsewhere.
