    The staff were lovely, especially the blonde lady who checked us in at the sister hotel. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of mini markets nearby.

    Unfortunately, this is by no means a 4-star establishment, and the overall experience fell short of expectations. We booked three deluxe rooms, but only one was actually spacious enough to justify the "deluxe" description. Even in that room, we encountered several maintenance issues. The bathroom sink was clogged, and we had to unclog it ourselves. On another day, it rained, and the balcony drain was also blocked, causing rainwater to enter the room. Once again, we had to deal with the problem ourselves. There were also ants in the rooms, and the toilets in the other two rooms made a lot of noise, which was quite disturbing. Breakfast was another disappointment, as exactly the same options were served every single day, with no variety whatsoever. Overall, while the staff and location were definite positives, the poor maintenance, room conditions, and repetitive breakfast made the stay disappointing. The hotel simply does not meet the standards one would expect from a 4-star establishment.

    Room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly.

    The check in, pool, breakfast and restaurant are not actually at this hotel. They are a 7 min walk away at a separate hotel.
