Great Location, Bland & Blique Accommodation, Poor Support
Location
We had to pick up the key at a nearby store that closed at 11pm, which made it very stressful because our train didn’t arrive at the Sentralstasion until 10:35pm. Our contact described the building as “right around the corner”, but he didn’t say what building. The streets are not well marked, especially in the dark, so such vague information is really not helpful. We finally managed to get in and to the 5th floor, but there was no apartment of that number. I kept trying to message our contact but at that point he just ghosted us. We finally discovered that we were in the wrong building! And when we got to the correct building, we managed to get in. Now let’s talk about the apartment. The cleaning staff does a great job. The maintenance staff is nonexistent, broken knobs, missing grates, chipped shelving, a collapsing couch, crushed lamp, broken shower shelf, etc.. See photos attached. What was once a very nice although spartan apartment (we dubbed it The Bland Suite) is becoming worn out.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the city centre and all public transport, in a really lovely neighbourhood. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Muy bueno
Muy buena la zona donde estaba. Lleva de buenos restaurantes. Tenía de todo y estaba limpio. Hemos estafo muy agusto.
Éramos 5 personas y el sofá cama no es muy cómodo. Pero suficiente para alguien joven.
