    Хорошое местоположение, удобные кровати, достаточно места.

    Такое впечатление что квартиру не готовили к заезду. Были грязные : печка, сковородка, полотенца,стиральная машина. Отсутствовали: запасные мусорные пакеты, гель для душа, капсулы для кофемашины и стиральной машины, даже батарейки в пульте телевизора. Также было всего 2 вилки. После сообщения в администрацию, мне обещали все исправить. Пришла сотрудница клининга и вымыла только печку и полы, хотя за полы мы ничего не говорили, а сковордку оставила грязной. Также рядом стройка и из-за грохота с самого утра не получалось выспаться. Я понимаю ,что стройку не перенести, но основное впечатление испортили грязная печка, сковородка, стиральная машина и полотенца и то что сотрудница клининга даже после сообщения в администрацию вымыла только печку , а сковородку оставила грязной.

    Solid offering.Great location.

    Spaceous apartment, good location. Kitchen well equipped, balcony view is nice. Neighborhood has a lovely cafe, developing neighborhood. Beds super comfy, decorations are fancy.

    Bathroom smelled like mildew. Upon inspection, the washing machine in the bathroom, the rubber is moldy. Spyhole missing, hole was stuffed with paper and secured with tape only. Nothing major, only due for a detailed cleaning and a few fixes.
