    Зручне розташування та комфортне проживання з дрібними недоліками

    Квартира простора, чиста, з усім необхідним для проживання. Меблі не нові, але доглянуті. Приємний бонус — гостинці від господарів. Зручне розташування: близько 20 хвилин пішки до центру, поруч магазини, кафе, пекарня. Великий плюс — два санвузли.

    Варто врахувати, що вночі на вулиці шумно, одне з ліжок скрипить, а ввечері важко знайти паркомісце.
