Nothing.
The property canceled my reservation just 1 day before my trip, stating that they could not accommodate me. There was no free cancellation option for me, and if I had wanted to cancel, I would have had to pay 355 euros. Yet, the property simply said they needed to cancel and told me they couldn't host me without offering any compensation, communicating this solely via email. They caused me a great deal of stress trying to find a place to stay just 1 day before my trip.

Scandaleux !
La localisation, expérience unique dans la vieille ville de Rhodes.
Le chauffage défectueux en plein mois de décembre. Pas de couette d'appoint, nous n'avons pas pu dormir. Pas d'eau chaude avant le lendemain matin malgré le booster. La manager a eu le professionnalisme de s'excuser, c'est scandaleux pour des propriétaires qui sont joignables pour exiger une caution et rappeler les règles au locataire sans tenir compte des problèmes pré-cités. Logement situé dans une ruelle charmante mais truffée d'escrements à l'entrée du logement. Une pensée pour les femmes de ménage qui ne pouvaient pas nous joindre et qui ont attendues 20 min avant de pouvoir faire leur travail parce qu'elles n'avaient pas d'informations, les propriétaires n'ont eu aucun problème à nous rappeler à 3 reprises l'heure de départ et nos obligations. Le tarif est indécent !
