    Would not recommend, not honest owner

    The location is perfect and the owner always responded to the messages. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay in Rome.

    We didn’t get an apartment but only the living room, kitchen and bathroom. We have booked an accommodation with an extra bedroom for more comfort, but as we arrived, they informed us that we cannot use the bedroom, instead there was a not comfortable bed directly beside the entrance room. This was completely different than what we reserved. Later we realized that there are sanitary damages in the bedroom due to toilet water leaking in the bedroom. The owner was aware of the situation and decided not to inform us before our arrival. The hygiene situation of the flat was actually not in a shape to rent it to tourists. We submitted a request for partial refund and he was not responsive to that. They also requested ghat we use the bathroom before 8 a.m. on a Saturday, since the workers were gonna take a look at the bathroom and leaking pipes, which we also found unacceptable since we are on vacation and would have liked to have a slow peaceful Saturday. We are still following up the case through booking.

    Would stay again.

    Clean with all the amenities you need. Great location with everything close by in the Prati area. Quiet. Nice owners and convenient check in.

    The air conditioning was either hit off or freezing on. Couldn’t get a good temp but that could just be us warm blooded Floridians.
