Satisfactory. Room and food were fine, but some problems with works and helpfulness of staff.

My room was fine, and dinner and breakfasts were tasty.

Staff could have been more helpful. My friend's stay was somewhat spoilt by contractors drilling on the roof of her room between midnight and 2 am on the first night of our stay, whilst doing a repair to the property. Staff did not inform her of this (apparently the contractors were 3 hours late) , and were not able to provide an alternative room. A partial refund was provided on request, but that part of our stay was unsatisfactory.
