    Extremely poor maintenance and condition

    The view.

    The pictures are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the house. The property is poorly maintained, with a strong unpleasant smell, visible mould in the bathroom, questionable cleanliness and a sofa in a disgusting state. The bedroom curtains are inadequate, meaning you wake up around 6am due to the daylight. The kitchen is uninviting, and the plastic-covered dining table makes the place feel more like a campsite than the accommodation advertised. Basic amenities are also lacking, including an adaptor, and the multiple remote controls and complicated hot-water system make everything unnecessarily difficult. The view is beautiful, but it is the only real positive. For the price charged, the overall standard is simply unacceptable. What makes the experience even worse is that I contacted the property beforehand to raise these concerns, and they haven’t even bothered to reply. This lack of communication shows a disappointing lack of care for their guests. I would not stay here again.

    期待していただけに残念。

    河口湖がテラスから見られて良かった。

    ぱっと見のオシャレさはあるが食器やキッチンなど色々なところががベタベタしていて清潔感に欠けている。置いてある包丁は切れ味が悪すぎる。 シャワーの出が悪い。

    宿泊施設 というより 古い我が家って言う感じ

    自分の家のように くつろげた。 お天気には イマイチ恵まれず残念だったが ロケーションは素晴らしかった。

    壁紙 床などが傷だらけ ソファカバーも穴が空いている。 包丁がなくて苦労した。 ベッドも 個体差があり スプリングがかなり古いものもあり 寝心地の良くないものもある。 タオル類は 臭ったので 洗濯して使った。乾燥機があれば…と思った。 車の出し入れが大変だった。

    まあ良かった

    お風呂が快適 ドッグランがあるのがすごく良かった♥️ 玄関と居室の間にドアがあるのが、犬の脱走防止として 評価が高い リビングが広い 1階に寝室がある 犬の自由度が高い 鍵の暗証番号をSNSで通知して貰えたこと

    別荘の前の道か非常に狭く車の取り回しが難しかった トイレと洗面所が一緒で、朝の支度時に混雑したこと

    Heel mooi plekje, alles was aanwezig in het huisje. Het huisje zelf is ontzettend ruim

    Het huisje en inrichting zijn aan een goede opknapbeurt toe. Alles ziet er uitgeleefd uit.
