very nice small hotel with very firendly staff
The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful, the ambience and the room with a view to the garden was beautiful and very silent.,
I didnt like the sheets on the bed, they were too rough, I would have liked them to be softer at the touch. And the pillow cases didn,t have a smooth surface, they were for cushions, so they were embossed which was not comfortable for the face.

We enjoyed our stay and will return - thank you.
Breakfast was good. Range of choice could be greater. Brioche and bread were very good. It was essential to have the gluten free food that was provided - thank you. The building is beautifully decorated and everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well situated within the city. It was good to be in a small hotel which felt much more personal than a chain.
the bathroom was difficult to get in and out of - door took up too much room. Window and shutter arrangement onto terrace meant either a total lack of privacy or being totally without natural light. Thought needs to be given to providing more privacy. The glass floor to the outside terrace could be made opaque to provide more privacy. It is all very exposed.

cute quirky place in a lovely part of Lisbon
Wonderful outdoor garden, the location, the friendly atmosphere. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, especially the bread and chia pudding with so many toppings. And I loved the ginger water :) Inês at reception is really lovely.
My room, graça was dark. Other rooms I think are brighter. So much furniture and decor crowding all the spaces. I had to move a pink fur chair to open the door to my room 😂. If you’re a minimalist this place may not be for you. A little charming and a little chaotic. The fruits at breakfast were mushy on several days. This isn’t a huge deal, but they should definitely have a cart to put your dishes on when finished to avoid the awkward moments of either having to hand used dishes to the staff or leave them on a random table. There is no situation anywhere, however casual, where you’d hand your used dishes directly to someone. You either clear them yourself or someone takes them. I have stayed at countless places all over the world from 5 star to a hostel and never encountered this issue. When I hesitated about the weirdness of it at first, Liuba told me to “relax” which was kind of rude.
