Tybee Vacation Rentals should not be used by Booking.com
Location was great.
We had no hot water for 3 out of 6 days. Tybee vacation rentals was unresponsive. It was unsafe, unsanitary and not acceptable.

Grandkids enjoyed it. Great family experience.
It was fully equipped. Enjoyed the stores and restaurants.
Was hoping it was closer to the beach. Our beach access was shut down. Not in walking distance for us grandparents. Beds were hard and a bit uncomfortable but we were able to sleep. Grill needs work or replacement.

Excellent will stay at Toes in the sand again
The location was amazing close to everything. The house was perfect had everything we needed. It was clean spacious and comfortable. I will stay here again and I have already recommended the place to others
I felt the bed in the captain quarters was a little too firm but I am 4’11. My husband who is 6ft thought the bed was really comfortable.

The house was spacious and very nice. The bed linens were so bright and fresh making the beds look so inviting. The house is tucked into a treed lot which makes it very inviting. If we come back, we would bring our two little dogs since it's pet friendly. Master bath remodel was great, a large bath with a big walk-in shower. The living room furniture was comfy and large. Overall, a great place to stay on Tybee Island.
There wasn't a dishwasher, we didn't cook but if we had that would have been a major inconvenience. Also, a light over the table would be helpful for illuminating eating, playing games or cards. The house needs some blankets. We were cold, as we were trying not to turn the heat above 70, but it was so cold inside. The master shower's water pressure is weak and not very hot water. The sink had much hotter water but the shower was not hot nor could you get it hotter.
