Clean and functional
Tokufuji riverside is located close to the Tokufuji station. There are also some nice spots around like the Tokufujo temple and the Fushimi Inari shrine. Checking in was easy with the provided information. The rooms were clean.
The mattress was a bit hard for my taste and the pillow too thick, so I got a stiff neck. Maybe it would be nice to also add a thin pillow so you can choose. The room is mostly functional and doesn't have a cozy feeling (grey walls etcetera).

Great convenient apartment 👍
Location- only one stop from Kyoto station and easy to reach all main tourist attractions. Air con, fridge, washing machine all great.
Minor issue really but felt a little weathered and ready for some refurbishment.

It was a beautiful Room. Very convenient to the train station.
The beds were slightly uncomfortable with the springs.. and it would be ideal if a smoker was allowed to smoke on the balcony. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
