    Peaceful, lovely,

    V thoughtful layout, time seems to slow down being there. The food is excellent and the value is not bad, esp considering 2 meals/day

    Nothing, it’s a phenomenal place to relax and the staff is phenomenally attentive and thoughtful, even for a non-Japanese speaker. The massages were lackluster, if I have to pick nits

    何もかもが清潔で、静かでとっても落ち着けて快適てした。 食事も美味しく品数が多く満足しました。

    特にないけど、しいて言えば部屋のタブレットの反応が悪くルームサービスを断念したこと。

    A little slice of heaven

    This is a wonderful Onsen. The rooms are spectacular. This was our second trip to Tokachigawa Moor and everything about this place is first class. Beautifully crafted meals, friendly and personal service. This is as relaxing as it gets.
