The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in. For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash). For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request. Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00. Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge. We will be carrying out renovation work on the lobby and courtyard as shown below. During this period, noise and vibration may occur depending on the time of day. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

Modriger, schimmeliger Zimmer-Gestank, alles alt und gammelig und dreckig
Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Lage des Hotels mit Anschluss an einige U-Bahnen und Bahnen, gute Beleuchtung im Zimmer, Dusche war gut
Das erste Zimmer hat voll nach Schimmel, modrig, nach altem nassen Keller gestunken. Wir haben Zimmer gewechselt, wo es eine Spur besser war, weil der Geruch nicht ganz so intensiv war. Aber Zimmer die schimmelig und modrig stinken, sind wirklich ekelhaft. Das Hotel ist total abgerammelt, in allen Ecken und Ritzen ist es dreckig, lieben Brösel herum sowohl im allgemeinen Aufenthaltsraum, als auch am Gang und in den Zimmern. Da wird offenbar nie gründlich bis in die Ecken gesaugt. Vom Teppich im Lift ist überhaupt nur mehr das Grundmaterial erhalten. Auf allen Möbel gibt es eckelige Flecken, im Zimmer überall an der Wand. Überall sind Ecken abgeschlagen. Die Kastentüre ging kaum auf und zu, weil sie so gehakt hat. Die Tapete löst sich an mehreren Stellen. Der Dunstabzug ist eine Mischung aus verdreckt und verrostet. Es ist so eckelhaft im Zimmer mit der kleinen Kochnische, dass wir dort nie gegessen haben, weil das wirklich den Appetit verdirbt. Vor allem gemeinsam mit dem muffigen Gestank.
