    Palazzo con stabile un po’ fatiscente (scalini irregolari, cavi scoperti ecc). Qualche cosa da riparare o ristrutturare nell’appartamento (piatto doccia sporco, scarico bagno instabile).

    Se non fosse stato per il bagno e la rumorosità sarebbe stato molto piacevole e corrispondente alla descrizione

    L’appartamento è in posizione molto comoda per girare la città e l’abbiamo trovato molto pulito. Ristrutturato completamente e arredato in maniera moderna è molto carino da vedere.

    Abbiamo avuto parecchi disagi con il bagno che era cieco ma non era stato scritto nella descrizione. Inoltre la tavoletta del bagno era rotta e la doccia mal funzionante. Il soffione in alto erogava acqua in maniera disordinata e la doccetta non era fornita di saliscendi quindi per lavarsi era necessario tenerla in mano. Inoltre il lavandino scaricava molto lentamente l’acqua. Abbiamo anche riposato male perché dalla strada saliva un cattivo odore di fritto e anche molto rumore anche con le finestre chiuse.

    The air conditioner in one room was leaking water, the kitchen lacked standard cooking equipment (wine glasses, plates, knives, ...)
