    We have a lovely stay in St Monan the property is ideally situated to access the tidal pool and coastal path

    Comfortable property for a short/long stay.

    Great location, lovely house in beautiful st monans

    Clean and great facilities, really close to harbour and beautiful surroundings. Lovely house, furnished beautifully. Everything you need for self catering. Like that there was a second toilet on living area floor so you didn't need to go up to top bedroom level.

    Lots of steps to 3 floors not a problem but if you have mobility issues they might be, there's no handrail for the final few bottom steps which my elderly mother found difficult as she needed to use the wall. Not enough bins, could do with a bin on each level. The lock was faulty on the inner door and near impossible to lock/unlock. The windows in the lounge wouldn't open, it looked like they'd been painted and this had sealed the hinge, so couldn't get any fresh air through the living area.

    A well appointed property in a great location.

    We loved the position of the property, walking straight onto the harbour. The house was spacious , well appointed and comfortable

    Did not love the wet room. Was rather small and everything seemed to get wet.. Decor was a bit uninspiring. Lots of picture hooks without.pictures? Parking was a bit pot luck so could be difficult in high season. Did not like that all.instructions/info was supplied by scanning a QR code only!
