    Beautiful View of Augsburg with low bed.

    View from apartment was fantastic! Lifts in building were quite fast for getting to 20th floor. Coin laundry room in basement had 7 working washing machines and 3 dryers and were fairly fast for European standards. The price is quite reasonable. There is a grocery store less than 10 min away walking. Security seems to be taken seriously at the building, including a key fob for door and elevator entry. The owner was very responsive to phone calls and communicated well in English (and German, of course).

    The apartment that we were given was not the apartment pictured on the booking. The kitchenette was actually larger. However, the bed sat on the floor and seemed to be about 30 cm (1 foot) off the floor. It was very difficult for my wife and me to get out of bed. We are 60+ and not fit, so it might be fine for younger, fit people. The shower had no floor towel or bathmat. Initally, the owner was very responsive and patient when I had trouble with following the checkin instructions. We ended up departing early because the bed and pillows were not worth the struggle for us. I messaged (notified) the owner that we left early so that his cleaners could clean the apartment for his next guests. However, I never heard from him again. It has been over 3 days since our departure.

    Gute Innenausstattung, ansprechen dekoriert sehr schöne Balkonmöbel, guter Ventilator, !

    Vorhang zur Abdunkelung und Beschattung reichte nicht einmal für die halbe Fensterfront, Innenlamellen konnten Sonneneinstrahlung und Erwärmung nicht wirksam verhindern. Laute Fahrgeräusche vom Zugverkehr (Hbf!!) und Straßenbahnen bei geöffneten Fenster
