    Overall a great stay, wish we could have stayed longer but it was a much needed break from cramped hotels all around Jap

    Very clean, rooms were spacious, view of lake and Mt Fuji were excellent.

    The staff were generally helpful but could have been friendlier. For such a large hotel, it felt like they were understaffed and tired.

    Good location

    Location and view are amazing the perfect shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko station

    The onsen is a bit poor and smelly and I wish if the staff know more English, they were helpful though

    Not recommended

    The location of this property is good, with Mount Fuji right in front of it. It is also conveniently connected through the local bus, which made getting around very easy. They also offer a handy shuttle to the main bus station for check-out.

    The condition of the room was poor and it was not properly cleaned. Because of the lack of cleanliness and the bad state of the room, I would not choose to stay here again in the future. You can see the condition in the photos provided.
