    We had a great stay 👍😊

    Beautiful grounds, great rooms and a lovely pool area and bar. The staff were very friendly and welcoming overall.

    The pool bar was often closed, and the main bar shut at 9 p.m. Closing such a lovely bar so early and sending staff home felt like cost-cutting at the expense of the guest experience. Management also failed to enforce the property’s own rules. Our neighbors repeatedly smoked on their balcony despite the non-smoking policy. Meanwhile, noisy guests stayed in the pool until 12:30 a.m., even though it was supposed to close at 11 p.m. The friendly staff deserve credit, but management needs to do a much better job. A beautiful setting means little if you cannot enjoy a quiet evening or use the facilities you came for.

    Myles checked us in upon our arrival. He was super friendly and we got to talking about the hummus dish offered at the restaurant. I mentioned how delicious it looked online and he shared it was his favorite. he then proceeded to gift us a free appetizer card which we appreciated so much. We used it for the hummus dish & it was delicious!

    Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that need attention. The restroom was extremely small and felt cramped. The bathtub drain was clogged, and the shower fixture was broken, making it difficult to use. There were no electrical outlets near the bathroom to plug in a hair dryer or styling tools, which was very inconvenient. Lastly, the pool water was much too hot and not refreshing at all, especially during the warm weather. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests’ experiences.
