    the house is close to town which made it easy to get to coffee shops and the supermarket.

    the heater was set to a heating / cooling cycle that left us freezing at night and unable to change the temperature. The water temperature and pressure in the shower were both dismal which did not suit the cold winter weather. The cooking utensils were practically unusable. The doonas on the bed were also very thin, and blankets provided were very inadequate given the lack of heating.

    Great location. One bathroom and extra separate toilet. Top loader washing machine 8kg and dryer. No dishwasher. Great Weber BBQ, but no utensils to clean or use the BBQ - had to go out and buy a set.

    The kitchen appliances, crockery and cooking accessories are atrocious. The fridge seems to be on an angle. When you close the fridge door, the freezer door opens and vice versa. We tried to make a meal in the oven. The entire house filled with smoke. 🙈🙈 The glasses and mugs are chipped. 4 out of 5 bowls are cracked. Sieve is rusted. Egg flipper and ladle are melted, to the point that the ladle has changed colour and the plastic is bubbling. One out of three saucepans is dirty (caked on dirt and oil) on the inside. The largest saucepan lid doesn’t fit the actual pot. Mould in the shower. When taking a shower, no other water can be used anywhere in the house. Turn off washing machine, do not use the toilet, do not wash the dishes - shower looses water pressure and the water runs cold. Toilet in bathroom very loud and wakes everyone when used overnight.
