Un bel hôtel au cadre enchanteur, en bordure du lac Tongli. Le service est excellent, et le personnel est à la fois accueillant et attentionné. Un séjour très agréable dans ce havre de paix !

Walking distance location to Tongli old town was great. Unfortunately, hotel showing age and rooms not as clean as expected. It would also be nice if families were separated from non-families - the hallway was like daycare on Friday night.

The room which was assigned has a weird smell when we first entered. We provided the feedback to front desk but they told us to inform Facilities dept. It’s so not effective for guest to inform the facilities dept. don’t understand why front desk cannot help at all. In any case, a rep from facilities came. We managed to change our room. The whole corridor leading to all rooms is full for cigarettes smoke smell. Extremely unpleasant. Given that it’s a family resort, it’s not healthy for kids.
