    No AC , very hot in summer.

    The rooms are beautiful. But there is no air conditioning in the room, super hot.

    No AC in the room. The hotel did not clearly state this information anywhere prominent. It is extremely hot in the Philippines during summer. The lack of air conditioning is the biggest downside of this property.
