I ordered room for 2 but got single :(

    - room was clean - late check in

I ordered a room for 2 people and got a single bed, its unacceptable! I immediately left however the hotel made a lot of problems with refund (I still didnt grt full refund). So I can say that the service and experience was HORRIBLE.

    Alles bestens!
