    Good location for a stay in Tbilisi

    Good location and not a long walk from the Old Town; friendly and helpful owner, good view from room, owner helped us organise an early-morning taxi to the airport, and also brought us some sweet treats. Check-in instructions sent ahead of time and place is fairly easy to find.

    There is a reasonable amount of traffic noise, including emergency vehicles, which comes from the main road below and can be heard throughout the night (Tbilisi is not a quiet city); the curtain in the room was too short for the window, meaning that there was not much privacy, which was more of a concern as anyone on the adjoins balconies on either side, could potentially see into our room. Also, there was a security camera pointing along the balconies, which we noticed when sitting out, one evening. I’m used to seeing cameras in the ground of hotels, but not ones that are pointed towards the balconies / rooms.

    Nice comfortable good vslue for money, nice staff ..

    Clean,, comfortable convenient, allowed us to store luggage when went to kazbegi. Easy taxi bus access to all landmarks or 10 mins walk

    Slight slope at dead end , but not an issue as just small end strip.

    Room with a beautiful view

    Not far from the city center (20 mins by walk or you can take the transport), beautiful view from the room, there is a balcony and mini-fridge. Staff is very nice, and there is self check-in if you arrive out of hours. Overall we can recommend the place!

    Although the view is really nice, the condo gives to a busy highway, thus it can be noisy.
