  Lovely. Tony’s prompt to help with any questions, suggestions, and guidance.

  The location is fantastic. The apartment is comfortable. I liked that there was not too much noise.

  I knew this ahead of time but the property is on a third floor (second for Italy) with no elevator. We had a guest with physical limitations, and we were able to manage.

  The apartment was placed in a quiet and safe area, near 3 bus stations where you can take any bus to go to every direction, 20 mins to city center (the buses have a strict schedule which they all respect and dedicated bus lines). Near the apartment at 10 mins walking distance there is also a big local supermarket open until 10 PM. The apartment was very clean, very spatious, and had all that we needed: multiple clean towels and toiletries, comfortable beds, addional pillows and blankets, hairdrier, an equiped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 living room/kitchen area. The apartment looks exactly as described. The check in process was extremely easy, we got a video with details from the host and that was it. The host was extremely nice, answering quickly and always positively. We even got free sweets and water in the apartment from the host, Tony. He was very responsive to provide us with whatever we needed. One of the nicest hosts I've known so far. We had a wonderful stay!!

  Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und z.B. für Reisen wegen eines Fußballspielems aber auch

  Wir waren wegen eines Fußballspiels dort, dafür ist die Lage perfekt. Aber auch in die Innenstadt ist es zu Fuß ein schöner Spaziergang oder mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erreichen. Tony war sehr hilfsbereit und der Zugang zur Wohnung klappte hervorragend.

  Die Straße ist etwas laut. Und ein Wasserkocher sowie ggfs ein Toaster wäre schön. Aber wir haben sowieso auswärts gefrühstückt.

  The property was perfectly clean, you have everything you need and its in the best neighborhood in Bologna. The host was very helpful and nice!

  Dobra lokalizacja, blisko autostrady, z której jest łatwy dojazd do obiektu. W bliskiej lokalizacji apartamentu znajdują się dobre restauracje i sklepy spożywcze. Pod apartamentem jest duży płatny parking. Właściciel jest bardzo miły i pomocny, apartament duży i przestronny, łóżka wygodne, w każdym pomieszczeniu była zamontowana klimatyzacja co było zbawienne w gorące dni. Polecam zarówno na wyjazdy służbowe jak i wypady dużą Rodziną :)
