  Super Lage. Es war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung hat unsere Bedürfnisse komplett erfüllt. Kleines gemütliche Appartment, mit gute Ausstattung, es ist alles vorgesehen, was gebraucht werden könnte. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist top.

  Très bon séjour malgré quelque petit défaut

  J’ai bien aimé l’appartement en lui même on s’y sentais bien et le quartier

  Les escaliers pour y monter, l’odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain et le bruit qu’il peut y avoir et il y a pas de volets.

  Safety hazards and misleading information. Risk for kids and elderly guests

  I booked Top Alfama Apartment while traveling alone with my 3 year old daughter and my elderly mother. The listing mentioned stairs but did not accurately describe their condition. There were approximately 26 steep, uneven and extremely narrow steps with worn anti slip strips and no proper handrail. In some steps not even my full foot (size 6.5) would fit properly. This was a serious safety hazard. My elderly mother almost fell backwards and my daughter nearly fell inside due to an unexpected interior step that connected the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom to the eating table, second bed and living room, my daughter goes at night to the toilet and this would have been a fall for sure. NOT CHILD FRIENDLY The property is advertised as family friendly, yet it is not safe for small children or elderly guests. I literallyhad to climb the big steps and hold tight to the rail to not fall (i had 4 luggages, a stroller, mother and small kid). The listing also states that public transportation is available just outside the door, which is misleading. The area is surrounded by staircases with no vehicle access at all, requiring significant physical effort to reach transportation, specially with kids or elderly people. We were forced to leave immediately for safety reasons and could not stay even one hour. I cannot recommend this property at all, and stopped using Booking.com after this... The host did nothing about this. Didn’t even dare to change the info, Booking requested for a refund which of course he rejected despite we left immediately. Worst experience ever in this platform after travelling for years all around the world.
