    Necesita muchas mejoras

    Tranquilidad de la zona

    Como consejo, necesita un poquito de mantenimiento, la terraza no se puede aprovechar por el día porque da mucho el sol y no tiene toldo, por lo que solo se puede salír de noche, el salón solo tiene ventilador y se pasa mucho 🥵 calor, para el verano no aconsejo la casa a no ser que pongan aire acondicionado, las almohadas son papel de fumar, muchos carteles que parece más un tablón de anuncios que una casa

    La zona donde está es muy tranquila, en el bloque no se escucha ningún ruido y el barrio es súper tranquilo, tiene comercios y supermercados cerquita y muy fácil para aparcar
