    Bel appartement à améliorer

    L'appartement est bien situé, et reste grand et agréable à vivre. Il y a un petit lave vaisselle, ce qui est pratique en plus de la machine à laver. La petite terrasse est appréciable.

    Le logement n'était clairement pas propre, j'ai même du relaver les serviettes de bain qui avaient une très mauvaise odeur. Il y avait des restes de faux cils sur le meuble de la salle de bain. L'équipement cuisine était sommaire et quelques pastille pour le lave-vaiselle et la machine à laver serait appréciable. Idem pour les indispensables de la cuisine (sel, huile) Les échanges avec les responsables du logements était compliquées, sans réponses ou à côtés ! L'accès pourrait être mieux expliqué, en disant le numéro sur la boite à clé et l'étage à taper dans l'ascenseur par exemple. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas tout à fait bon.

    Has the potential to be good but there is a lot to improve

    Spacious apartment, good location, base facilities available, balcony, late check out was possible.

    - Not very well cleaned, the balcony and bathroom were dirty. - Not very well equipped, only two glasses, two cups, two forks, knives.. not enough to properly use the kitchen for a 10 day stay. No extra kitchen towel or any cleaning gear. Utensils are a bit old school. - There is a problem in the bathroom pipes so it smells bad. - Communication was not perfect. Calls and questions were not answered in a timely manner, only some automated messages provided the basic information for check in and out.

    Very good

    Comfortable bed

    Not enough basic condiments. No soap for shower, keys front door of building hard to open. Did not have a welcoming atmosphere as I gave seated in a number of apartments in Varna now
