  Per un brevissimo periodo va bene, oltre no.

  Posizione ottima per raggiungere tutto a piedi.

  La pulizia si deve migliorare., pieno di polvere x Consiglio di cambiare aspirapolvere perché ho provato ad usarla e non aspira niente. Peccato perché se fosse stato pulito l’appartamento ha un ottimo potenziale.

  The water was cold because the boiler was not working, and in the unbearable heat we could not even take a shower in the morning. It is impossible to bathe using only cold tap water. The refrigerator was dirty, and there were food items left behind by previous guests, including a half-eaten box of ice cream and frozen mango in the freezer. The bathroom also had hair from previous guests. Most importantly, the interior of the property appears to have previously been used as a brothel, and I would like to explain why I have this impression. When you enter the property, there is a bar in the living room apparently designed for serving drinks, with large sofas nearby. The layout of the property, including the two bedrooms, gives the impression that it was designed for this type of use. Both bedrooms have sound insulation, apparently to prevent noise from being heard in the living room and to provide privacy inside the rooms. There is also what appears to be a VIP striptease room, with a corresponding picture displayed there, as well as elsewhere in the property. There are two entrance doors to the property. This appears to be two apartments that have been combined into one, with one of the original entrances still remaining. This gives the impression that one of them may previously have been used as a separate or discreet entrance. There is a tram line directly next to the windows of both bedrooms. The windows are not properly sealed, and the noise is so loud that it feels as if the tram is passing directly through the bedroom. Whether the windows are open or closed makes very little difference. The balconies are clearly not cleaned regularly, and there are cigarette butts left on them. The windows are so dirty that some of them are no longer properly transparent. In short, I have documented all of these issues with photos and videos. I would have been willing to overlook many of these problems if there had been hot water.
