    Passable but Expected

    I needed to be at the Embassy of Germany by 9 in the morning. This is a short walk away. Perfect.

    The building needs a lot of attention. The lift is tiny and scary and slow... The apartment is just passable with torn curtains and a clogged shower outlet. Cleared it myself and got on with it. Altogether, to be expected at a price under €50

    Big disappointment

    Nothing

    Big disappointment for this overrated studio that has only interest in being located less than 30 minutes walk from the center. The photos in the ad are misleading. (attached are our photos) . This apartment, located in an old building, is extremely dirty and under-equipped as a kitchen utensil. It lacks a blatant interview; namely: - The bay window no longer locks since the lock is absent, - The roller blind of the bay window is out of order. It can only be opened on 2/3. - The mini oven/electric hob combination, in a state of stupefying dirt, was unusable. - the most shocking, the mattress deformed by wear and extremely stained. - the balcony flooded and unusable for 48 hours following a major storm. No drainage expected. - finally, the absence of a washing machine provided in the list of equipment during booking. We explained all this to the owner when we arrived via the messaging service on the booking site. He did not respond to our complaints. In conclusion, this rental, which we left this morning, is part of our top 5 worst experiences when it comes to booking via Booking.com.
