    The host is great, but apartment needs renovation!

    The apartment is centrally located and easy to find. The host was extremely nice and helpful. The kitchen is small but well equipped - salt, pepper, oil, etc. The check-in was really well organized and easy.

    The apartment is very small. The bathroom needs urgent renovation. The ceiling is literally falling apart. The bathtube was rusty. The apartment was clean, but not spot-clean. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The kitchen is extremely small and very old. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable - even the kids could not sleep there - it was lacking a proper mattress or so, and the two parts of the sofa were going away from each other. It was not prepared when we arrived, so we had to extend it on our own and put bedsheets on our own, which is not the best thing to do after a long trip. The parking of the apartment is NOT suitable for larger autos. With our SUV we could not use it. The ramp is extremely narrow and we had to park elsewhere. There are good parking garages in the near, but they cost extra. Apartment is old and suitable for up to 2 people. For the price this apartment is NOT worth it. Way too expensive for what you get.
