  Amazing views, but very poor management and maintenance.

  The views are absolutely spectacular — easily the best part of the apartment and genuinely 10/10.

  Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing, especially the management and lack of response to basic issues. The biggest problem was the internet. It averaged around 7 Mbps, which made it practically impossible for me to work. I reported it from the very first day and was repeatedly told it would be fixed, but nothing was ever done during my 10-day stay. In the end, I had to purchase an additional mobile data plan just to be able to work, which is an expense I should never have had to cover. The apartment also had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. Many of the plants were completely dry, which really affected the atmosphere of the terrace. Someone came to “fix” them, but there was essentially no improvement. The windows were dirty, the floors were not properly clean during the first days, and there were almost no cleaning supplies, so I ended up buying some myself before they eventually brought a few. An exterior light that was important for using the terrace at night was not working. I reported it several times and was repeatedly told it would be repaired, but it never was. I also requested an iron three times and was told each time that one would be delivered, but it never arrived. There were no replacement sheets provided for a 10-day stay, the bathroom did not even have a toilet paper holder, and the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The apartment itself has potential, but the management was extremely poor. Too many basic requests were acknowledged with promises that they would be resolved, yet almost none of them actually were.

  Great view and location but disappointing standard of care ahead of our visit s

  Excellent location and fabulous view.

  Interior standard of decoration. Fridge door broken and had to prise it open with a knife - as others had done before us. Loo flush button was cracked and broken (but worked). Curtains were dusty and did not cover windows. Terrace was not well looked after. Very little loo paper in the bathroom and light outside studio door did not work.
