  Tutto eccezionale tranne il bagno, la macchina del caffè ed il wifi.

  Quasi tutto. Appartamento molto grande. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Ottima la posizione. Ottimi tutti gli altri servizi : frigo, lavatrice, non mancava nulla. Ci hanno fatto trovare cibo, acqua, vino. Veramente notevole.

  Il Bagno è piccolo in rapporto alle persone che l'appartamento può ospitare (eravamo solo in tre ed abbiamo avuto problemi), Toglierei la vasca e metterei una doccia e, soprattutto, un bidet. La macchina della caffè, tipo Nescafè, e le relative cialde veramente pessima. Usciva acqua colorata.....dispiace dire questa cosa ma un buon caffè al mattino per un italiano è fondamentale. Durante il soggiorno il WIFI ha funzionato molto poco. Lentissimo o proprio assente.

  Exceptional

  This place exceeded our expectations. We were staying 7 days with our 2 kids. The location was great, near Acropolis, good restaurants and cafes. We liked the neighborhood, even the pizza and burger place in front of the building were great. What we really liked was that the apartment was stocked up with all amenities. So there was coffee, wine, tea, material for sandwiches, snacks.., even small details like new dish detergent, disposable slippers, enough towels... The heating of the water mentioned in other comments is not a problem at all, water heats up after 10min.

  Exceptional

  I almost loved everything. The apartment was very comfortable and with an excellent location. The host is very nice, and I love that he really tries to make you have a good check in and checkout time if possible. Me and my family could stay a little bit longer, what was perfect for us. All the complimentary items that the host left for us to have breakfast and a nice stay was lovely.

  The only thing I didn't like was the shower, where you need to wait 45min before you can take a hot shower.

  Unrelenting and extremely loud construction sounds ruined an otherwise charming apartment.

  The apartment itself is charming and spacious.

  The hosts did not disclose that their apartment is adjacent to a building that is being demolished and rebuilt. Loud drilling, hammering, and industrial machines pounding on concrete begin at 7AM and go all day Monday through Saturday. This apartment is on the corner of a building, and its bedroom walls face the construction site. We had a friend staying on the other side of this building, at the opposite end, and the construction sounds were present but not as loud. In our apartment, we felt vibrations from the industrial machines. It was impossible to sleep in this apartment. In Athens, we stay up until 1am having dinners at restaurants, and it’s lovely to walk through Plaka afterward. We would go to bed only to hear extreme pounding 5 hours later. I messaged the property managers and they claimed that they weren’t aware of the noise. I don’t know how this is possible. They offered to move us to a new neighborhood, but we had several friends who were staying in Koukaki without a rental car.
