    We had a fabulous stay thank you . Xxx

    We took our own food easy to use kitchen , only tiny issue was the tin opener didn't work I had to use a knife to open tins . Spotlessly clean every where . . Was so warm had to put the fan on which was amazing at cooling room down .

    Beach outside front door would have been icing on the cake .

    Lovely Refurbished Flat - Excellent Stay

    Clear access instructions sent in plenty of time, which was really appreciated. Lovely refurbished ground floor garden flat; spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, lots of kitchen utensils, thoughtful provision of tea, coffee and sugar along with other items, the 2 televisions - 1 in the lounge and 1 in the bedroom - were great and an excellent shower. Clear instructions inside the property for WiFi and parking if needed. Really nice private outside space. Lots of nice decor touches. We had a really lovely stay and would definitely book again.

    My oversight - I probably should have added a note when booking that an extra set of bedding for the sofa bed would be appreciated if possible, but I didn't and we sorted that ourselves so it wasn't an issue. On a couple of occasions, there was some cigarette smoke odour coming from a neighbouring property which isn't the host's responsibility and only flagging in case there's any no smoking safety rules across the whole building. There was some neighbouring noise but that's absolutely expected and I can't emphasise enough that I wouldn't hesitate to book the flat again as it was a really good place for our break.
