We had an experience that was a little below our expectations, mainly because of an issue regarding the room’s view. We chose and booked this property specifically because of its location and the beautiful view, which is indeed one of the highlights of the property. However, when I made the reservation, there was no clear option for me to choose between a room with a view or a room without a view, and my reservation did not state anywhere that the room would have no view. Because of this, it was quite disappointing when we arrived and discovered that we had been given the only room without a view. We later spoke with Ivan, who welcomed us very kindly, and he explained that, according to him, when making the reservation it is possible to select the option with or without a view. I can say with certainty that this option did not appear to me when I made the reservation. It is possible that, at the time, only the room without a view was available, but this was not clear in my reservation. Apart from this issue, the room itself is very good: clean, organized, modern, spacious and comfortable, with a very good bed. The location is also excellent, especially because it is very close to where you arrive by ferry, and it is a great area for exploring Hvar. So, our only real disappointment was the issue with the view and the lack of clarity about it at the time of booking. If it had been clearly stated from the beginning that our room did not have a view, our expectations would have been different. Overall, the property is very good and extremely well located. However, we recommend that future guests confirm directly with the host which room they will be staying in and whether it has a view before completing their reservation.

The location was amazing. Great view, close to everything in Old Town, including the ferry port. Worked to help me with check in around issues I was having and kept things flexible for me.
There wasn't really anything to not like. I had issues with the coffee machine, and despite knowing it worked, I kept not being able to get it to work, but I could just duck downstairs and get coffee there instead.
