    Très mauvaise expérience – logement et agence à éviter Nous avons payé 2 423,44 €, soit plus de 150 € par jour, et nous sommes extrêmement déçus de cette expérience. Le principal problème concerne le parking : l’annonce met en avant un parking gratuit sur place, mais aucune place ne nous a été réellement attribuée. Nous avons passé notre séjour avec un stress permanent concernant le stationnement et, pire encore, notre véhicule a finalement été enlevé par la police. Malgré nos demandes, aucune solution concrète et satisfaisante ne nous a été proposée. On nous a même parlé de places de parking payantes à 20 € par jour, alors que nous avions précisément choisi ce logement en tenant compte du parking annoncé. Le Wi-Fi est également payant, ce qui est particulièrement décevant compte tenu du prix élevé de la location. Concernant l’appartement, l’équipement et le mobilier laissent fortement à désirer : certains éléments sont très anciens et leur état est franchement lamentable pour un logement loué à ce tarif. Le confort attendu n’est absolument pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons également été très déçus par la gestion et la communication de l’agence. Au vu du prix payé et des prestations annoncées, nous attendions un minimum de sérieux et de professionnalisme. En résumé : promesses non tenues concernant le parking, frais supplémentaires, équipements décevants et expérience particulièrement stressante. Nous déconseillons fortement cet appartement ainsi que cette agence. À éviter si vous recherchez un séjour tranquille et sans mauvaises surprises.
