  Great location, nice staff but a lot of room for improvement inside

  It was huge, and the location was amazing.

  It wasn’t clean enough. The AC was a mess and it was extremely noisy. The windows didn’t have any kind of sound insulation. The bed in the master bedroom wasn’t comfortable and we ended up sleeping in the small bed in the second bedroom.

  Great building, but not much else good here

  The apartment is in a brilliant location. The historic building is amazing with a great view. The staff are very friendly.

  I would not recommend staying here with young children. Lots of stairs, which is fine, but we were warned not to use the lift in case the emergency button was accidentally pressed and then you would be trapped. So we obviously didn't get in it with two small kids. The shower wasn't very good, and everything is very basic. The window opens right out onto a drop so I was worried about my 2 year old being able to open it. This is an apartment, not a hotel, there is no staff on site and no breakfast, it was very expensive and I'm glad we only had one night here. Various things were broken: plug sockets, lights, etc. And the cot for the baby had questionable stains on it so she had to sleep in bed with me.

  Great location.

  The apartment is on the fourth floor, but given the unusually high ceilings on the lower floors, the climb is effectively equivalent to six normal floors. This would be manageable with a reliable elevator, but the elevator is quite possibly the worst I have ever encountered. It randomly stops between floors for two to five minutes, leaving you trapped inside, wondering whether it will eventually restart or whether you will need to call emergency services. An extremely unpleasant and potentially frightening experience. The apartment itself is also very poorly designed. Despite its generous size, much of the space is wasted, and the layout is remarkably impractical. There are stairs between the bedroom and the toilets, electrical outlets are inconveniently far from the bed, and the lighting throughout is inadequate. Basic considerations of comfort and functionality seem to have been overlooked. Overall, the experience falls well short of what one would reasonably expect from a four-star property. The price can only be explained by the high-season demand in Rome; it bears little relationship to the quality, comfort, or practicality of the accommodation..

  Konumu şahane, heryere yürüyerek gidiyorsunuz. Oda boyut olarak, 2 kişi kaldık, oturma alanının olmadı güzel

  duşakabin çok küçük, duş alırlen hareket etmeniz zor. 4 gece kaldık, hiçbir temizlik yapılmadı havlular bile değiştirilmedi ki havlular çok eski. Tuvalet kağıdı bitti diye yazınca son gün odaya getirdiler. Kahve makinası yok, mocha pot koymuşlar ancak yapabileceğiniz kahveyi marketten almanız lazım. İtalyadasınız ve odasa kahve makinesi yol bu çok anlaşılır bir durum değil. Asansor bar görünüyor ancak girişte merdivenlerden tüm valizinizi çıkarmanız gerekiyor yani asansör pek işe yaramıyor
