Great, relaxed hotel for excursions in the Rioja.
The hotel is in a quiet location in Briñas. The rooms are pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is well situated to plan excursions to the bodegas of the Rioja. But the real bonus of the hotel is the staff. Nouria is a wonderful hostess, who makes sure that everything is as it should be. The breakfast is excellent and in the evenings a small bar is available for the guests with self service. The lounge/salon is comfortable and is a good place to plan your next excursions. the swimming pool was wonderfully refreshing and clean. lastly, the hotel is really dog friendly!
Not much. perhaps bathrobes to go to the swimming pool. Not a negative for us, but if you need a daily gym visit, that is not available.
