  Spacious, clean and in a beautiful location, but the inadequate A/C, delayed response to basic comfo

  The apartment is spacious, generally very clean, and has a lovely terrace. The location is excellent for S’Archittu and the surrounding coast, and we really enjoyed the area. There was plenty of room for our family of five and the property itself has a lot of potential

  The biggest issue was the A/C. This three-bedroom apartment plus living room has only one roughly 9,000-BTU A/C unit in the living area. We arrived around 22:00 to an apartment at approximately 31°C/88°F. Even set to 21°C and running for long periods, it could not adequately cool the bedrooms. I slept on the living-room couch directly beneath the A/C every night of our four-night stay because the bedrooms were too hot. We requested another fan Friday night. We were told we could drive 35 minutes each way to collect one ourselves Saturday—about 70 minutes of driving during a short vacation—or wait until Sunday. We waited; it arrived Sunday morning. We were also messaged while out for a one-hour dinner and asked to turn off the A/C whenever away, although we had left it on specifically so the apartment might be cool enough to sleep in when we returned. We were told an unattended unit could malfunction and damage the property. We found this difficult to understand, since guests are expected to run the same A/C overnight while asleep, when it is no more meaningfully supervised. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for our family of five. We requested more on Friday, but it was not delivered until Sunday morning with the fan. Given the reviews praising the hospitality, the lack of basic supplies and slow response were disappointing. Families should also know that reaching the bathroom or kitchen from the bedrooms/living area requires going outside onto the terrace. This made nighttime bathroom trips awkward with young children. We were also asked to turn off the exterior stair light at the top of the stairs. This concerned us as climbing the long and steep stairs in the dark with three children could lead to injury.

  VACANZA ESTIVA IN FAMIGLIA

  Appartamento molto spazioso al primo piano raggiungibile con una rampa di scale. Ambienti ampi, terrazza bellissima vista mare, giardino ombreggiato ricco di piante, aria condizionata nella zona giorno, ventilatori a disposizione, bagno funzionale, docce calde in giardino, lavatrice a disposizione, cucina un po' piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Spiagge di Sa Capanna e della Balena raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti. S'Archittu a 3 minuti di auto. Self check-in facile e comodo.

  Molto curato anche se non nuovo , oltre al condizionatore c’erano tanti ventilatori , tutti gli accessori c’erano e lenzuoli e asciugamani molto puliti

  Della struttura: il bagno e la cucina erano in terrrazzo e non all interno dell appartamento ! Davvero scomodo anche perché i vicini sono veramente vicini . Poi non mi è piaciuto che la struttura doveva essere a s’ archiuttu mentre in realtà era nel paese prima a torre del pozzo , dove non c’è propio niente .

  Casa molto vivibile e tranquilla con bellissima.terrazza. Da ritornarci

  Casa molto spaziosa, bene arieggiata e vivibile, ottimamente attrezzata. Terrazza eccezionale. Host gentilissimo e ospitale
