    ⚠️ Une expérience inacceptable, particulièrement avec un bébé

    Nous avions réservé ce logement pour 4 nuits avec notre bébé. Nous avons été contraints de partir après une seule nuit, tant les conditions étaient inadmissibles. 33 °C à l’intérieur, environ 40 °C dehors, et un simple ventilateur totalement insuffisant. Nous avons dû quitter les lieux et payer un hôtel pour les 3 nuits restantes pour la santé de notre bébé. À cela s’ajoutent l’absence du lit bébé pourtant annoncé et demandé à trois reprises, un appartement au 4ᵉ étage sans ascenseur, des frais supplémentaires de 40 € et des problèmes de sécurité préoccupants : fils électriques apparents, carrelage cassé, mobilier endommagé et éléments décollés. Le plus révoltant ? Malgré ces faits et les justificatifs fournis, Wonderful Italy refuse toujours de nous rembourser. Nous déconseillons vivement cet hébergement aux familles avec de jeunes enfants.

    Lage ist super

    Hygiene im Bad, Schlechter, teurer Service ( 2. Decke sollte 35,-€ kosten. Es gab nur eine große Drcke, so daß der 17jährige Sohn nicht auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen konnte.)

    l'appartamento ovviamente è carino, situato al centro della piazza principale, quindi molto strategico per gli spostamenti, vicino alla maggiore parte delle cose da fare, e da vedere, sicuramente una buona posizione

    abbiamo viaggiato con un bimbo di un anno, non ci hanno fornito una culla aggiuntiva (nonostante avessimo scelto l'appartamento proprio perchè cosi era scritto sul sito). l'appartamento era situato al terzo piano senza ascensore (informazione ovviemtne non data in fase di prenotazione) quindi tra il bambino e il passeggino, non ve lo racconto proprio
