El hotel está en un lugar muy bonito, con vistas espectaculares. La pieza y el baño son cómodos.
Deberían mejorar la limpieza. En mi cuarto el televisor estaba a 3 metro de altura, ideal para una jirafa.

בעלי המקום נותנים מענה להכל הצוות שעובד שם עם לב רחב נתן לנו טרמפ למקום מסוים כי היינו צריכות להגיע בזמן והסתבכנו עם המוניות הציעו לנו לבד עם חיוך ואהבה הנוף שיש מהגג עוצר נשימה אין הרבה אנשים במתחם אז היה לנו הרבה מרחב במקום האירוח דבר שבגדול של בתי מלון כנראה לא יהיה לכם ובכללי כל המתחם נותן תחושה שאתם גרים באיטליה
היה קצת ריח מחניק בחדר המזגן יחסית חלש והמקלחת לא עם הרבה זרם ולא תמיד יש מים חמים

Disastro: Pagas por un servicio inexistente
Las vistas desde la terraza.
Decir que “cualquier parecido a la realidad es pura coincidencia” es quedarse corto. Las fotos y descripciones que aparecen en booking nada tiene que ver con la realidad. Recibimiento 1.- No hay servicio de recepción. Las llaves te las dejan en un tupper a la entrada y te mandan un vídeo para que tú mismo te instales. 2.- No te dan información sobre puntos de interés, restaurantes, etc Habitación y baño 1.- Habitación en semisótano con olor a moho. 2.- No hay limpieza de la habitación durante toda la estancia. Ni hacen la cama ni cambian las toallas. 3.- El aire acondicionado no funciona bien 4.- Tienes que abrir el grifo de agua caliente con una antelación de media hora si quieres ducharte con agua caliente. 5.- Dentro del armario encontramos un cepillo de pelo viejo, usado. Piscina Cuando hicimos el checking teníamos pensado darnos un baño en la piscina. Al llegar a la zona de la piscina vimos el entorno muy abandonado. El agua tenía un color verde y en el interior había una máquina de limpieza conectada a la red. Escribimos un WhatsApp al dueño para preguntar si la piscina estaba disponible. Nos dijo que si. Le contestamos que con una máquina conectada a la red no parecía muy seguro darse el baño y nos respondió que estaba la piscina en mantenimiento en ese momento. Más tarde nos enteramos que estaba en esas condiciones desde hace más de 6 meses. No nos gustó la falta de honestidad del dueño. Entorno 1.- Los vecinos de la casa de al lado gritaban y no paraban de discutir. a lo que se unía el ladrido de su perro. 2.- Una de las noches que estuvimos empezaron a mover mobiliario en la terraza hasta altas horas de la noche. En nuestra habitación el ruido era horrible. No pudimos descansar
