    È stata un'esperienza piacevolissima. Gli ambienti sono curati nei dettagli, la pulizia è impeccabile, il personale di una gentilezza squisita e la cucina ottima. Vicinissimo al santuario di Madre Speranza, per i pellegrini. Da provare e da consigliare

    Für ein bis zwei Nächte ok.

    Die ruhige Lage und das historische Ambiente. Das Gratis-Parkplatzangebot auf dem ruhig gelegenen Vorplatz.

    Keine reguläre Heizung während des Aufenthaltes in Betrieb. Auf Nachfrage in die zwei gebuchten Zimmer Heizlüfter gestellt bekommen, wobei einer der Beiden halb defekt war. Auch die Klimageräte, die man zum Heizen hätte heranziehen können, konnten nicht in Betrieb genommen werden. In der oberen Etage ging im Flur automatisch das Licht aus. Im Dunkeln nach einem Lichtschalter gesucht, der leicht leuchtete. Auf dem Weg dort hin, im Dunkeln, über eine einzelne Differenzstufe gestolpert und mit den Knien auf den Steinboden aufgeschlagen. Glück gehabt (71 Jahre alt)! Vom Gefühl her entstand bei uns der Eindruck, dass die Hotelleitung von unserer Ankunft komplett überrascht waren. Sie wirkten erstaunt bei unserer Ankunft, mussten unsere Buchung suchen. Dies obwohl wohl insgesamt 5 Hotelgäste (inkl. uns) im Hotel abwesend waren. Das Abendessen empfanden wie ebenfalls grenzwertig. Zum bestellten Fleisch wurde gefragt: Rare-Medium-well done? Bestellt wurde: -Medium-. Es kam:-Rare-! Nach Reklamation kam es nochmals auf den Tisch. Nun war es -well done- bzw. Schuhsohle 😵‍💫
