One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a Booking.com property. The host NOT RETURN my €300 security deposit without giving any legitimate explanation or providing any evidence of damage. I repeatedly asked for clarification, but instead of resolving the issue, the host stopped responding completely and IGNORED all my messages. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Keeping a guest's money without justification and then cutting off all communication is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about how guests are treated.

Enjoyable and relaxing accomodation. Excellent location and clear comms from the host

Location, host was reachable through whatsap and helpful in all our queries, aircon in all the rooms, spacious and well equipped with essentials.

Wifi was weak which was needed as we had negligible mobile reception. Cooking utensils were of average quality.
