    Fantastic spot if arriving or leaving by ferry. Also only 450m to train station.. Right by the waterfront and restaurant

    The views and location.

    You have to watch out for traffic getting in and out the entrance there is no footpath.

    Grandiose zentrale Lage zum Wohlfühlen

    Super Lage direkt an der Schifffsanlegstelle mit 180° Blick über den Comer See und Stadt. Dachgeschoss mit 2 Terrassen. Großer Hauptraum mit kleiner funktionaller Küchenzeile. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Kostenlosen nahen Parkplatz haben wir in der Nebensaison (Ende April) leicht gefunden.

    Durch die vielen hölzernen Dachschrägen eingeschränkte Nutzbarkeit für große Personen. Küstenstraße ist hörbar, aber noch erträglich.
