    Die Lage ist super, eigener Parkplatz, Balkon liegt oft im Schatten, so dass man gut draußen sitzen kann, ansonsten gibt es eine Markise.

    Ottimo alloggio, ben collegato e con tutti i servizi necessari raggiungibili a piedi.

    La posizione dell'appartamento è veramente ottima, situata leggermente più in alto, gode di un'ottima vista ma senza rinunciare alla vicinanza dalle principali spiagge, supermercati ed attrazioni. I punti a favore sono sicuramente il posto auto in garage, spazio esterno e l'appartamento spazioso. Non da poco anche la fermata del bus urbano situata davanti alla struttura e la vicinanza all'Autopista TF-1.

    Anche se l'appartamento si è rivelato abbastanza fresco, la presenza dei ventilatori al posto dei condizionatori è da considerare un punto a sfavore, soprattutto per chi ama rifugiarsi in casa dal caldo estivo.
