I loved the hotel and location. The only down side was the internet service. It was patchy.

Great stay! Excellent hotel facilities, super clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!
The hotel and facilities were really good, but their strict no-tattoo policy for the baths is disappointing. As an international hotel catering to tourists from all over the world, they should adapt. I completely respect Japanese culture and refrained from using the public baths out of respect, but a major international hotel needs to modernize its guidelines for foreign guests.

Posizione e grandezza della stanza. La struttura ha un onsen privato molto gradevole. Buona la colazione.
In camera c’era molta umidità e polvere, si sentiva forte odore di chiuso. Prezzo un po’ alto.

Only for the location
- location, location, location - self service pillows, common hot bath, washing machine
- cold service. Lectures by staff at check in because my booking.com check in first name did not match my passport. Never got lectured by anyone in Japan since my last name matched. No greeting when entering or exiting. At departure, the male western staff don’t even bother to wish us a good journey or ask about our stay - the original pillows in the room were horrible. Thank goodness for the variety of self service pillows at check in. - very hard beds - very small shower space even in a four bed bunk room - musky smell when air con is switched off - tired furniture
