The place is right across from El Mercat, so the views are fantastic. It is clean and has a convenient kitchenette. Many attractions are only minutes away on foot. The staff is good and responsive to tenants' concerns.
The surroundings are extremely noisy from early morning through 2-3 a.m. Lots of partying public wait loudly for their rides right by this building. Most are drunk and obnoxious. Worse still was inadequate air-conditioning in the rooms. The place can sleep four, but there's only one shower, behind the bedroom. That was awkward for the four of us. But if you are a couple and don't mind paying for a one-bedroom apartment while listening to Dutch serenades on a nightly basis, this place will be your perfect getaway.
